Palacio Del Mar is the Palace on the Sea! This Rocky Point condo rental is located on El Mirador Beach. Located in a gated, secured, small private complex. Relax on your private sixth floor balcony 80 feet from the ocean. Perfect for watching the sunrise, changing tides, waves, and beautiful sunsets. Condo is full of all basic necessities from towels, sheets, pillows, pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, blender and coffee pot. Full size microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. This is a 6th floor - 2 bedroom/2 bathroom spacious condo located directly on the ocean! We are located on El Mirador Beach, we are closest to Manny's Beach Club/Restaurant. Less than 2 miles from the Malecon and restaurants. There is 24/7 gated security parking. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles only per condo. Upon checkin with the guards, they will provide you keys to your condo and a parking pass. There is a taxi that can be arranged with the security guards. The pool, spa, palapas and beach chairs are all public areas. I won't always be available in person; however, please send me a message through the App and I will respond right away. Thanks! Parking is provided for 2 vehicles only per condo. There is a taxi that can be arranged with the security guards. This is Mexico and the WIFI connectivity is nothing like the United States. The connectivity can be intermittent. There is no cable located at this property. The TV runs on WIFI to Netflix, YouTube, etc. I typically have had no issues when I am on the property.
