Welcome to your perfect getaway on Crystal Bay! This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers a relaxed, upscale experience with everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Each spacious bedroom features a comfortable king bed, giving every guest plenty of room to unwind. With 2.5 bathrooms, including one with a soaking bathtub, you’ll have the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the springs, scalloping, or boating along the gulf. Home also includes a theatre room complete with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space.

Enjoy time inside with stunning water views or relax on one of the two screened in porch areas.

Step outside to your private saltwater pool, perfect for cooling off or lounging in the Florida sun. Bring your boat and take advantage of the convenient docking with ample space for docking 2–3 boats, making it easy to enjoy Kings Bay and Crystal River right from your backyard.

The home is fully equipped with all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. And during your visit, we’ll be available anytime to answer questions or offer local tips to help you make the most of your trip.
The host family does have a pet that visits the property, However we do not accept reservations for families with any pets.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
For checkout, please follow these simple steps before leaving: Check out is 10:00am Place dishes in the dishwasher Take trash to the green can in the garage Place soiled towels in the bathtub
Turn off lights, electronics and appliances Close and lock the front door using the Yale keypad Press the lock button to ensure the door is fully secured
Return all keys/fobs (if applicable) to their original location Once you have locked the door you are all set! Safe travels and thank you for choosung our home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Boat lifts are off limits. Boats may only be tied off to floating dock.
Please only use inside refrigerator for food items. NO BAIT PLEASE. Garage fridge may be used for bait but please remove prior to departing.

As VRBO owners ourselves, we’re very picky when it comes to places. However this one was incredible. There isn’t a single thing the hosts didn’t think of. The place is incredibly comfortable, spacious and relaxing. We’ll definitely be back!
