This home is brand new and has all the amenities you can think of plus a view of the river. Downtown is a mile away and Homosassa Springs is less than a mile away perfect location we will definitely be coming back

We had an awesome time at this beautiful home. Plenty of room to lounge around and bond. The community is gated and the private boat ramp and boat slip made boating a pleasure. Perfect location to be able to ride the golf cart to downtown Homosassa for great food, live music and unbelievable memories. Highly recommend this home. We will be back during the summer season.

My stay in the River house was Superb! It’s a nice quiet area with quick access to the Homosassa River with different restaurants and sights to see! You can definitely tell the house is new as it smells, looks and is so clean and fresh! It had all the things we needed for cooking and grilling! It was definitely spacious and was a perfect fit for our party of 4 couples. I definitely will book this again for our next outing to Homosassa!
