Whole family of 6 adults and 2 kids enjoyed the house. Nice kitchen open to family room with large couch. Close to restaurants and plenty of beds.

Great stay with family for scalloping. The house is in amazing shape with excellent amenities. Captain Sam was incredibly responsive and checked on us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Grilled every night on the back deck and the house had everything we needed as well as a fully stocked kitchen for cooking/baking. Would definitely return!

We’d stay there again!

We had a great stay in Crystal River! The location was perfect—just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and everything we needed. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. The living areas were spacious, and the furniture made it easy to relax after a day on the water. We especially appreciated the easy water access and the ample space to pull up our boat. Would definitely stay here again! 2 full baths and 1 half bath.

The property was exactly as described the canal and dock were easy when it can be very tricky in Crystal River. Sam, the host was super helpful and we had a great time, we will be back!

Really enjoyed. The stay in this very well appointed and beautiful home. The pool was awesome. Close to the manatee tours. Would suggest going to Donellon for the Clydesdale tour at Grandview stables.

We love staying on the water in Crystal River. This home had a great amount of living space and comfortable beds. Home was very clean and up to date. Great shower in the master bedroom. Owner was great with communication. Easy check in/out. Highly recommended.

Great house on the watee

This house was perfect for our stay, conveniently located on a canal near restaurants and grocery store stores. The rooms are large and everything was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is very well stocked with plates, cookware and appliances. We brought our boat and used the dock for easy access to the bay. The property manager was very quick to respond with any questions I had and sent us all the information needed ahead of time. We would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the most well stocked beautiful homes we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many. Loved the layout of the home, how close it was to stores for groceries etc. and steps from the water in a semi private backyard. Very peaceful sitting out there in the morning & evenings. I give this home a 10 !! We will definitely rent here again.

Fantastic accomodations!

This house was very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. There was plenty of room in the house and the beds were comfortable and clean. Sam, the host was gracious and made sure that our stay was enjoyable, to say the least. He helped us find boats with captains in order to make our scalloping experience better, and they came through in a big way. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Two Living Rooms!

Highly recommend! Pictures don’t do it justice. We were greeted with a lovely basket containing all the ingredients to make S’mores out in the fire pit. We had an attentive host and and enjoyed an immaculately clean home in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. The 2 living spaces make it great for 2 couples or a family. All the beds have quality linens - love that! The location is close to everything you need. Again highly recommended.

We had a good time

Over all we had a good time the house over all was nice. The only negative points in the stay, the hot water in the master shower didn’t work and there were a lot of rules about the dock that weren’t expected. But Sam was pretty flexible and everything ended up working out.

Hi Brandon, We tested the water Heater and all was working as it should...As far as Rules about the dock, with no rules...boats will be rafted up and blocking the waterways and of course blocking other boats in the area....looking forward to host you in the near future !

Beautiful Weekend Getaway

Beautiful home located on a canal in a nice neighborhood. The house was perfect for the eight of us. Plenty of room to relax and visit. The house has a great covered porch to sit outside and listen to the rain . We also caught a few fish right off the dock. Every morning around 7 am we got to have a spectacular view of all the different water birds who came and feed in the canal. The house was conveniently located and an easy drive to all of the activities we wanted to tour. We also walked around the neighborhood and met some of the locals who were all very nice. I would definitely recommend this property for your stay at Crystal River.

The place was in a great location. Overall the place was great. I would just make sure you are clear with how many of the beds you require. We needed bedding for the pull-out sofa beds and needed to communicate with the property manager. He was very responsive for the additional bedding.
