We only stayed for one night, but everything was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Christie was an absolutely amazing host—so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, and we truly appreciated how thoughtful she was. We had such a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

This place is perfect for a single person on a trip or a couple! And the balcony was my favorite place to be! Parking and location were also wonderful!

Room had everything we needed for our stay. We have been to Long Beach every year for a while and never had a room stay as cool as this one. Made sleeping at night wonderful. Shower takes a while to get hot but no big deal just turn on while getting g ready to take a shower will be hot by time you get in. Washer and dryer worked as they should.

Great place to stay with an excellent ocean view. The studio condo was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The balcony was one of the best parts — perfect for reading a book and relaxing in the evening while looking out at the water. The condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the location made it easy to enjoy the beach and nearby attractions. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere and exactly what we were hoping for. Would definitely stay here again.”

Amazing room with ocean views. Staff is supper nice and has excellent communication! Loved ny stay and ai would hightly recommend this property to anyone visiting Panama City beach!

Needed an extra night in PCB. Reached out to Christie and she responded quickly and got us into the room early the next day. She was great to work with and the condo was clean and perfect for the night we stayed.

Our stay was very disappointing. The unit was not properly cleaned or maintained. We found visible mold and mildew around the ceiling AC vents, inside the shower, behind the toilet, and beside the sliding balcony door. After spending about an hour inside, we were both coughing and did not feel well.The AC leaked directly onto the rollaway cot I slept on, the bed linens had an unpleasant odor, and both the main bed and cot were extremely uncomfortable. We also found a bug crawling across the ceiling before going to bed.We also found pet hair on the pillows ON THE BED!! Note: We were told that no pets are allowed so I’m not quite sure where this could’ve came from.The only enjoyable part of the property was the balcony.Christie was responsive and refunded our cleaning fee, as well as replaced our linen (which still had an unpleasant stench) we appreciated it, but it did not make up for the condition of the unit. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this property to anyone.

I’m very sorry your trip was disappointing , but I assure you that this place was clean upon your arrival bc I cleaned it myself . And as per previous reviews I maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation. I’m sorry you did not like the smell of fresh clean lien , bc I washed both sets .. as far as a bug that condo is on a monthly pest control service .and I was just in there before you arrived and saw no bugs .. this place has absolutely no mold . And your cough I guess just went away bc I was in touch the whole time and you never once mentioned it. And in Fl if you leave the balcony door open and run the AC condensation will form .i tried to offer several things to appease you , but I guess as they say some ppl you can’t please . The dust on the vent is in a hard to reach out of the way place.. as I repeat DUST . Sorry no one else has seen any of these negative comments you have posted , on this app and others it is posted on as well . Again ty for your feedback ..
