The appliances are very new and clean, there is a lot of storage space in the unit. A potential drawback is that the laundry room is not in the unit, but the owner is very responsive, so it will be reasonably easy to coordinate. Keep in mind it's a basement apartment, so you will hear the family upstairs moving around upstairs. Also, the second bedroom is accessed through the first bedroom, in case privacy is a concern with your travel group. Great neighborhood.
