Located directly across the street from the infamous Shephards, and just steps to the Sugary White Sand, Clearwater Beach is known for! Walking distance to several Restaurants, Bars, Shops, & Tourist Attractions!

Guests have access to Beach Chairs, Beach Wagon, Cooler Bag, Umbrella, Sand Castle Toys, and Beach Towels.

There is a convenience store diagonal from Harborview Grande. Several Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Putt-Putt Golf, Boat Tours, Pier 60 are all walking distance. Pier 60 offers NIGHTLY Entertainment, Shopping Booths, Kids Playground, Water Slides, Trampolines, Face Painting, Etc.

This unit is an END UNIT which offers a lot more natural light and overlooks the pool area. You will not be disappointed with the views from the Private Balcony. You can watch Dolphins, Manatees, Birds, Sunsets, etc. This unit is great for larger families or multiple families, as it has a Split Bedroom Floorplan. It come's equipped with a Washer & Dryer for your laundry needs. Our management company is local and always a call away.
