We loved this condo and the location so much!! So clean, convenient to walk the village including beach access within walking distance as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location and house

The house was fantastic and the location was even better. Perfectly located for us we didn’t rent a car this because everything is literally right out your front door and a minute walk. The pool was great just enough to cool down in the evening.

Excellent location within walking distance to Siesta Village restaurants and shops. Hall bathtub drained very slowly. Bedroom on right was very hot the entire stay, seemed to not be receiving air like the rest of the condo which was very cool! We found the refrigerator not working after returning from the beach one day. I found the fuse box and there was a fuse tripped that I reset. Our food and drinks were warm. The upstairs activity was very loud our entire stay. It sounded like people were moving furniture every night all night long. Also, the pool is very small to accommodate all of the guests. We did not have an opportunity to use the pool due to it being occupied by several other families and literally no room for more!

So clean and close to the Village

Second time staying here. Beautiful pool, laundry, quiet and so close to beach and village. They supply chairs, umbrella and towels with a cart. Will stay again.

Great location and property. Nice private pool, minutes walk to the beach.

Stayed for a week and wish we were still there. One block from the main Ocean Blvd, two blocks to grocery and liquor store. Less than five minutes walk to the water.

Great location!

Nice great location! Comfortable, not luxury but nice! It was cold and windy while we were there so really enjoyed the heated pool! Good communication on a couple of issues! Overall great stay!

Our Yearly Spot

Everything was very clean. Location was perfect. Loved the beach vibe. My daughter loved the pool even more than the ocean! We stayed here last year and loved it so much we had to come this year. Hoping to make this our yearly spot.
