This location was excellent for my needs. The space was clean, well maintained, and offered good amenities. The hosts were very attentive, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay.The only drawback was parking. At 75, the fee is excessive, especially since the 24-hour period does not begin when you park but instead starts at 11:00 a.m., which limits flexibility.The apartment itself had everything needed for a comfortable stay. One recommendation would be to replace the current coffee maker with a more traditional unit that accepts standard pods or Nespresso pods, which are readily available locally. The current Tayst system requires proprietary pods that must be pre-ordered, making it less convenient for short stays.Overall, an excellent property with outstanding hosts. Thank you again for a great experience.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience with parking, the garage sets the rate and the 11:00 a.m. start time, but you’re right that we should make that clearer. I’ll update the listing and our pre-arrival instructions so future guests aren’t surprised. Great suggestion about the coffee maker, we’ll look into replacing it with a machine that accepts standard or Nespresso-style pods (or supplying compatible pods) to make short stays more convenient. Location the best for attending events at the Kaseya Center—4 minute walk. The Elser is a busy hotel/residence type stay. Pool & workout facility well laid out. We had lunch there a tasty Lavender Lemonade & Hibiscus Paloma. The tuna appetizer rivaled one we had in Cabo. The 2 bedroom apartment had 3 full baths which is a wonderful find. Clean, spacious & modern. Easy to check in at front desk & hosts quickly respond to your texts. Parking spaces are tight but doable.Enjoyed our stay very much
