While the space was small as advertised, it was comfortable, convenient and nicely decorated. The shower was interesting but well thought out for the space. Loved the lights in the yard. Thanks for a good night’s stay.

This little property went above and beyond for a short stay in L’Anse. The cabin is the perfect size for efficiency and was extremely comfortable, providing just enough room to cook, shower, eat, sleep, and lounge. Loved the way it looked at night with the lights around camp. Just a great stay, can’t recommend enough. Will be back :)

Amazing host! Peaceful little cabin tucked right in the woods, me and my family had an excellent few nights stayed and we look forward to staying again sometime in the near future. They also have some tasty farm fresh eggs

I cannot say enough about the Yooperlite House experience from the tiny house experience to everything the hosts provided by way of amenities and little gifts. When I commented on the spotty WIFI access, Peter came quickly to rectify the problem which was with my computer rather than the system. The setting was marvelous as well--virtually in the woods surrounded by birdsong and rustling leaves. Great place for an urbanite to make retreat.

This was such a great place for our trip! The one thing we wanted to do was Canyon Falls (Grand Canyon of Michigan) and it was within a 10 minute drive of the house. We also decided to explore the Keweenaw Peninsula and drove to Copper Harbor one day then found a cool coffee shop in Calumet (Keweenaw Coffee Works) - great vibe and yummy food! The tiny house was definitely small, however, the attention to detail was certainly evident. Very intentional design and many thoughtful special touches! We made a fire one night with the provided wood in the wooded/quiet backyard. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this for a single/couple traveler(s).

Super warm and Cozy was what greeted me when I first walked in. Add a delish local candy bar a a1/2 dozen farm fresh eggs, what more could one ask for except more time to enjoy the cabin. Top notch!

This is one of the most cozy rentals I've ever booked! The lights were a great addition, and the layout was small yet functional. The beds were plenty big, and the bathroom was super clean. The firewood for the fire is a great way to spend the night.

This was a very clean and well setup vacation rental. They supplied everything to make your stay comfortable: coffee, creamer, honey, eggs, toothbrushes and paste, soap, shampoo, games, bottled water, grill, fire pit with wood, and even a hair dryer. I’m positive I didn’t think of everything, but they did. They are the best hosts that I have encountered. I truly appreciate the effort they put into making my stay comfortable.

So, to start, it has everything you could expect there to be in a tiny home, and more. The temperature outside was in the 80's when we got there, and the air conditioning had the place nice and cool. It features a full sized comfortable bed, with a single bunk above it. A full kitchen with appliances, plates, silverware, pots and pans. Cold bottled water in the frig along with the surprise organic chicken and duck eggs! There are soups, teas, and coffee in the cupboard, and oh yeah, a candy bar treat on the counter! A wet bath with a shower, toilet and sink. Clean, and "like new" looking, it looks as though, it was just built and freshly furnished. All the linens you need, and more blankets and pillows than you could want. As for the build of the tiny house, high quality materials and impeccable workmanship, with more than a touch of creative imagination! Outside, a screened shelter with a picnic table, and a fire pit in a large quiet setting. Attractively decorated with flowers and even tiny lights. A deer walked through while we were there. Lauren greeted us and checked on us during our stay. She and Peter couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. A cozy, and, in our opinion, better, alternative to a motel room, at a very reasonable cost!

The little details made this stay absolutely amazing! We booked one night at a *very* reasonable rate to avoid setting up camp on our property in the dark and it was the perfect romantic kickoff for our week. The outdoor space with the fairy lights and bug tent really makes this property
