We had an amazing stay at this property! The lake views were stunning and worth booking the property alone. The hot tub and sauna were definite highlights after long days out, and everything was spotless and easy to use. Both the Bristol Mountain and several wineries were just a short drive away.The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out without feeling crowded. Gary was a very responsive and helpful host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

This property was spectacular! We have not had very good luck regarding cleanliness in any of the previous places we have booked and I usually spend the first hour cleaning. This property was spotless! The beds were made up beautifully. The decor was beautiful and cozy! The bathrooms were modern and little touches like the ends of the toilet paper bring stamped and every single pillow “dented” made this property so special. The views were stunning. We used the sauna and the hot tub numerous times. The view from the hot tub at sunset was amazing! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the long table in the dining area was great to play games and eat a meal for all 9 of us. The view from the wine room at the peak of the house was amazing and such a great feature. The host was great and responded to any question I had within minutes. We will definitely be booking here again!

This house was absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. The view from the porch is stunning, and if you are up early enough to watch the sunrise, it is so worth it. Everything was very clean, including the hot tub and sauna. We did not get to actually use the sauna, but the hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking. The location is great. It is about 50 minutes to Letchworth State Park and 40 minutes to some of the northern wineries along Seneca Lake. But there is plenty do to closer to the house as well. There is a lot to check out right in Naples and there are nice wineries on Canandaigua too.The house was very spacious and we had more than enough storage room for everything. Check-in and check-out were easy. One tip is that when locking the door when leaving the house, you must pull it tight at the same time. All of the beds were comfortable and the living room was great for relaxing with everyone. I would definitely stay here again!
