Alarm disarmed as soon as we arrived. Cops showed.Washer delivery here with no warning.Camera facing pool, that allows the host to watch you while you enjoy yourself. Creepy. They came and helped themselves when we were not here. Cameras everywhere, big brother is watching and listening. Backdoor doesn’t slide or close properly, leaving the house very unsafe. No hot tub instructions.Nothing to make any sort of food on.One singular couch.All towels were in washer upon arrival. Host is very rude and unresponsive. Do not stay here if you want peace and comfort. Lawn people there at 700 am… waking the entire house up.Check our rules say load dishwasher there is none. Host loves to make up rules and violations.

Overall the property was fine. It met our needs for the weekend we were there. But, honestly speaking, the seating in the living room is very uncomfortable. The couch was low and unsupportive. The two blue chairs are more for esthetics over comfort. The main bathroom shower produced only cold water. So 3 people sharing the only other shower in the master bedroom was inconvenient. Written instructions on how to access the pool with the key next to the door and how to work the microwave might prove helpful for future occupants. The rest property was accurately portrayed in the Vrbo advertisement.

The house was clean in a nice area. It was sparsely set up in terms of dishes/pots etc. we opted not to cook while there as supplies were limited and there were only 4 seats for dining, even though the house serves 6 guests. The pool area was ok, light was in disrepair. All in all the house had just what we needed, but nothing more. I had to laugh at the great "outdoor" cooking area... It was a charcoal grill with a partical bag of brickettes proped against the side of the house. To be fair, there is a photo of this. I did not get check in details until about 15 hours prior to arrival, after I called VRBO for assistance. It served us and I would say it was better than a 2 star hotel. Beds were comfortable. We were about 30 minutes to Clearwater and 30 minutes to Lakeland as we were there for Sun N Fun Airshow.
