Centrally located, The Happy Place is within 15 minutes of downtown Boone, Appalachian Ski Mountain, downtown Blowing Rock, and Tweetsie Railroad, and less than an hour from Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Seven Devils, Banner Elk, and Valle Crucis—placing you close to year-round adventure while still enjoying a quiet, private setting.

Inside, the cozy living room invites you to unwind beside a stacked-stone gas fireplace, thoughtfully designed and open to the dining area. A beautiful arched doorway connects the living space to the dining room and kitchen, creating a warm, open flow that feels both intimate and welcoming. Enjoy meals by the glow of the fireplace after preparing them in the spacious, well-appointed kitchen, featuring granite countertops, a long center island with a prep sink and dishwasher, a second sink, a ceramic cooktop, and a stainless steel refrigerator.

Step outside to the private deck to soak in the hot tub under the stars, gather around the gas fire table with Adirondack seating, or fire up the gas grill for an easy mountain dinner.

The home offers two inviting bedrooms—a serene king bedroom and a comfortable queen bedroom—that share a spa-like bathroom with a glass-and-tile shower and a relaxing soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
