Leider war es nicht möglich die Anreise um einen Tag zu verschieben. Später dann in den Unterlagen in der Wohnung ,war zu lesen ,das es gegen einen Aufpreis von ,ich meine 15 möglich ist. Es war nicht möglich den Schlüssel zu hinterlegen. Das war für uns ein wirkliches Hinderniss und erschwerte unsere unvorhersehbare Situation sehr. Das empfanden wir als sehr unflexibel
