Enjoy your holiday in Warnemünde at the "Waterkant" holiday home, located in a quiet area just a short walk from the beach (500 m). Two free parking spaces are available. Take advantage of the well-maintained trails for hiking, biking, or Nordic walking. Nearby you’ll find a horseback riding centre and the Warnemünde golf course. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cosy, comfortably furnished holiday home in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

The “Waterkant” holiday home offers plenty of space for 2 to 5 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The nearby “Fuchsbar,” a small, quaint pub right on the beach, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The same goes for “Wilhelmshöhe,” a restaurant with a large terrace and panoramic views of the cliffs.
Why not play a round of golf at the Warnemünde Golf Course? Shopping options are about a 5-minute walk away at the Diedrichshagen “roundabout,” as is the bus stop for Bad Doberan and the Warnemünde city centre.

The ground floor features the kitchen and the cosy living room (TV/radio/DVD, free Wi-Fi) with access to the sunny terrace. The stairs in the living room lead to the two upper floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find the bedroom for 2 people (double bed, 2.TV), a small bedroom for 1 person (fold-out bed), and the bathroom with shower and hair dryer. The attic offers another sleeping loft for 2 people (double bed). A high chair is available free of charge. Two free parking spaces are available directly in front of the property.
Please do not drive onto the property itself!

The house’s initial amenities include one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, and a shower mat).

Bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, a golf course, the beach, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
