Very Comfortable

The house was very nicely appointed. There were some plumbing issues with the water pressure and the hot and cold water would go off periodically. We had to reset manually from under the kitchen sink.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was on a quiet street but parking was not good. House across street had three cars parked on the street it was hard to pull into driveway. House needs new front door locks, had trouble opening doors called customer service took 2 days for them to help out also we never did receive key to golf cart which we did not plan to use anyway. Bathroom showers need grab bars especially as older people use property. Location was okay.

The people at DHPM are very helpful and attentive to our questions and any issues that may come up before, during and after our visit to the Villages. As a result of our experience the last two years we have recommended DHPM to a number of our friends and one couple rented a home in 2019 and plans to do so again in 2020. In fact, we have rented another property thru DHPM for April, 2020, as well.
