Beautiful home inside and out. Perfect location in a quiet, somewhat secluded area while being in the city. Very kind host. Would definitely reccomend and stay again.

Great stay from beginning to end. Communication was outstanding with both Joseph and his property manager Andre, who responded quickly to any question we had. House was beautiful inside and out with amazing backyard space and pool / hot tub. Interior was spectacular and had more than enough room to accommodate our family. Well stocked with many amenities to make it feel like home. Would definitely stay again!

The house was nice and clean. Check in was easy. We got this place because the hot tub and pool. The hot tub had problems. The water was low like almost empty. We contacted the host and they said they would have it checked out and filled. That didn't happen till later in the evening. The property manager was working on it. So later in the evening we wanted to use it , water not hot. The pool was cold as well. The kids still used it , but wasn't warm Other than that everything else was fine. The only other issue we had was the host messaged us saying they got an alert that there was smoking in the house, telling us do not smoke or vape in the house or the property. The issue is we do not smoke or vape at all, never have.

Thank you for the feedback. When the hot tub developed an issue on the second day of your stay we responded immediately, had our property manager on-site to assess it that day, and it was fully resolved by the next day. Regarding the smoking alert, our interior sensor occasionally flags potential issues (it can sometimes be triggered by things other than smoking). We simply sent a polite reminder of our no-smoking/vaping policy as we do whenever we receive an alert, and we made clear that no accusation was being made. We're glad the rest of your stay was otherwise enjoyable and appreciate you sharing your experience!

The pool and back yard area was the highlight for sure! Kids swam every single day and had the best time! The fruit trees were an added bonus! Neighborhood was super quiet and very close to a grocery store gas station and everything else we needed. Not a far commute to the beach at all. Owner was super quick to respond to any questions we had or messages (which wasnt much). House had everything we needed as far as basics went and we had a fantastic stay!
