Everything was incredible. The ONLY thing I can even think of was we had a decent amount of fruit flies. But everything was perfect and will go again

Condo was decorated beautifully. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only issue that should be addressed the Kitchen was infested with fruit flies. Otherwise highly recommend this unit.

This was a terrible condo from the very beginning. The dresser in the master suite drawers are extremely hard to open. The refrigerator doesn't make ice, the sliding door from the den was very difficult to open the first three days finally maintenance came as track was so full of dirt and dust it would t open. The sheets in the master bedroom were dirty there were stains from a spray tan I assume rubbed all over one side. The living room chair bottom are peeling up and would stick to our legs and pants. We had a disturbance one night outside our backdoor. The group sat outside the condo drinking cussing and extremely loud music.we went to the front desk who sent out security who asked them to turn down their music and the started yelling and screaming refusing to comply had to call OBPD. The problem is having two table directly in front of the condo and unable to enjoy the back due to all the groups gathering cook. WE WILL NEVER STAY here again. We have stayed at many Phoenix properties but this was the worst. And the rental agency was of ZERO help I asked and asked for management to call me and they never would. To pay this much money and to have this much wrong is ridiculous! Oh and our last Night the garage shoot wouldn't work

Be expected to pay for parking upon arrival. Communication from the host is non-existent. Our condo was not ready at 4:00 pm, advertised check-in time. The staff on property cannot answer questions but rather direct you to a 1-800 number in which no one answers the phone. Horrible service!
