This was the nicest place we stayed in since we have been vacationing in Maine. Kim is very warm and engaging hostess. Our newest best place to eat is McCloons…thank you Kim for the recommendation.

The cottage sits at the end of a quiet road, facing Lermond Pond. Kim was present when we arrived and made check-in easy and pleasant. The cottage is just right for two, comfortable, and well appointed (especially the kitchen!), and contains many attractive pictures and craft works Kim has collected. The property and pond are quiet but not isolated. Kim is an ideal landlord, available and friendly but not at all intrusive. Highly recommended.
