The house was clean and the pool was amazing for our grandchildren. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and it’s easy to access the beach and the bay.

Everything that was advertised on the site was exactly what you got. The pool was beautiful & very relaxing. I really liked how the bedrooms were set up. Whoever decides to rent this property won't be disappointed. The host was available anytime I texted her.

A house was very spacious with lots of bedrooms and baths. The backyard was the highlight with a beautiful pool. I understand that the owners are in the process of continuing to update the property’s appliances. The queen beds in the bunk room or by far the best mattresses. Down side was the crazy amount of mosquitoes in the backyard and the sugar ants that found their way to the kitchen counter.

Yes, we have since added a new refridgerator , dishwasher And kitchen Dining set. We have also just replastered and tiled our gunite Salt water pool And added a new filter. We are always updating our bedding Each season and adding whatever is needed to make Our guests stay the best and most comfortable experience. We hope you choose to stay with us another time. Absolutely FANTASTIC property and host experience. Perfect for family vacation and the backyard made it even better. We took our own floats which we really didn’t need to because there were plenty of those and toys for kids. BBQ grill, outdoor dining, plenty of large umbrellas for outdoor eating and conversation. We rented an 8 passenger golf cart which was great for multiple trips to ice cream shop, Acme and beach. Location was perfect! Thank you Karen and Matt for allowing us to stay at your beautiful beach rental and our welcome gift . Highly recommend
