About this property

Cozy 2-bedroom Suite, close to Downtown Orlando and Hospitals, no sharing areas.

Relax in this centrally located Suite, recently renovated with 2-bedrooms, 1 bath, and 1 living room with kitchenette Suite, located at Orlando's House, but with independent entrance and no sharing areas. The bedrooms have white impeccable linens and feature a king bed in the main bedroom with a TV and a desk, and a queen bed in the second with furniture to place the luggage and hang the clothes. We can add a twin bed in bedroom 2 when children are coming. The bathroom includes a custom made makeup desk which has a flat iron and hair dryer for added convenience, There is also a dual rain shower head in a bathtub. The living area is not that big, but it has everything needed for the guests, including a comfortable sofa, a 60" TV with Amazon stick, and a nice fully equipped kitchenette. We add some spices, coffee and water as a courtesy to our guests. The tranquil living space is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or assisting to conferences. The Suite 1 is not a party house. Here Guests enjoy a quiet comfortable environment with heating and AC to suit any season. Whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure, this delightful home provides a welcoming base. We try our best keeping everything extra clean so you can enjoy your stay !

We love hosting because we love to have a roof that can hold and give love to the family and others. We divided the house in two to share the space with travelers who need a good night rest, and a nice clean space to go and enjoy all the fun Central Florida has to offer. We love canoeing in the lakes close by and we also go to the beaches that are nearby, especially to New Smyrna Beach which is a beauty.
