I chose 12 South for this home because it perfectly represents what makes Nashville special—walkability, character, and a strong sense of local culture. The neighborhood offers an ideal balance of energy and charm, with great restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and murals all within walking distance, while still feeling relaxed and residential. Its central location also makes it easy to reach downtown, The Gulch, and nearby universities, giving guests the best of Nashville without the chaos of staying directly on Broadway.

The three-level design offers privacy for groups, with multiple en-suite bedrooms and king beds—something that’s hard to find so close to 12 South.
