Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Garbage can go to the curb on Monday and Thursday otherwise can be left outside in the garbage can.
Please place towels in the provided laundry basket, bedding can be left on top of the beds
Please leave thermostat set to 80 degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This is a quiet neighborhood, please respect our neighbors.
There is an additional charge of $100 per night for any persons over 4 staying at the home

Check in was so easy. I have stayed at a couple homes and this by far was the easiest. We had everything we needed for the stay. The shower was hot and felt amazing!. House was clean, light and airy. Loved the porch but wish I wasn't so busy and could of enjoyed it more. The neighbors were very pleasant and waved and spoke with me several times. Thank you so much Crissy. Communication was easy and she responds quickly!
