Great place to stay. Just what we were looking for. Only suggestions is the toilet is wobbly and the bed sheets have lint balls on them so it made for an uncomfortable bed. But all round great space, location and communication with owner.

His unit was an unexpected joy. Everything we needed was there from a comfortable bed to a spacious bathroom all with ample privacy. We enjoyed our time as much or more than any of our many weekend getaways on AMI. We will rent this unit again.

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I! Located in walking distance to Bridge Street and just steps from the beach. Enjoyed the chairs available on the beach and it made it so convenient! Room and property were clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay - directly across the street from the beach (with beach chairs and an umbrella) and easy access to the pool! Walking distance to a number of restaurants. The only complaint is that the vacation ended too soon! We will be back!!

We had a great time at John’s rental, as it was a big trip for us - a birthday and a proposal on the beach (she did say yes, by the way). We had everything we needed and the only thing I would recommend is a white noise machine (which we take with us anyway) to drown out conversations from next door.

Clean room. Great location close to the beach and local dining establishments. I appreciate having two ceiling fans, a fridge, and microwave in the room. No shower curtain, entire bathroom floor was soaked after showering. Room was a bit musty as there's no bathroom fan. A map of the property would have been helpful to effectively locate the room.
