The home itself is at the end of a dead end street for peace and quiet and no traffic noise. Furnished throughout with Tommy Bahama furniture, creating a warm, elegant, and laid-back atmosphere that perfectly matches the Cape Coral lifestyle. The open living space is bright and inviting, ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together.
Enjoy a large private swimming pool with an attached spa, fully enclosed in a screened lanai (pool cage)—so you can relax bug-free year-round. Overlooking the peaceful waterfront canal, this outdoor space is perfect for swimming, soaking, sunbathing, or unwinding with morning coffee or evening drinks while taking in the calming water views
A $100 per week fee is charged if the pool heater is used in the colder season and will be collected upon arrival.
Any amount not used will be credited back after the utility bill comes
