We love this home and want everyone who stays here to feel welcome and comfortable, and for them to care for it as their own. We look forward to hearing from our guests about the memories made here, and hope to have many repeat guests that come back year after year to enjoy this special place.
Why they chose this property
Nestled in a wooded neighborhood off of Route 1, no one drives through unless they are coming home. This is as peaceful, and quiet a neighborhood as you can get. It is conveniently located close to shopping, and town beaches, but tucked away so it is easy to disconnect from the hustle and bustle. Many of the neighbors purchased the land and built their homes decades ago, and have been here ever since. If you are lucky enough to own lakeside, you will find neighbors that give each other privacy, while not hesitating to offer support to one another.
What makes this property unique
Situated beautifully on Indian Lake, you have the opportunity to spend time kayaking, fishing, and enjoying the peace and calm of your own private beach and dock. For those who enjoy fishing, the lake is stocked with bass, pickerel and trout among others. With calm waters, paddle boarding and kayaking conditions are ideal. The sunsets are breathtaking and the water is refreshing. The lighted path from the dock back up to the house welcomes you home after a day of enjoying the beachfront. One floor living makes it easy to maintain, and the open concept living and dining area is ideal for families to enjoy meals and games together. Three bedrooms and a sunroom provide ample sleeping accommodations and both bathrooms have been newly renovated within the past year.
