All apartments feature a balcony, two balconies, or, in some cases, a balcony terrace with access to the garden. Some suites are duplex apartments. The 3-room Seepferdchen sea-view maisonette suite, featuring two balconies, is a dream holiday apartment with 55 square metres of living space. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The tastefully furnished living-dining area welcomes you with a comfortable pull-out sofa, two reading chairs with footrests, a wood-burning stove, and a dining table. A TV, stereo system, and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. The built-in kitchen, integrated into the living area, allows you to prepare your own meals with: a ceramic cooktop, microwave, range hood, refrigerator with built-in freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can enjoy your home-cooked meals at the dining table, or during the warmer months, savour your coffee on one of the seasonally furnished balconies facing north or northwest. A spiral staircase leads to the loft sleeping area with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m)—which serves as a walk-through to the second bedroom, equipped with a single bed. Upon arrival, your beds will already be made and towels will be provided. The holiday rental features a bathroom with a shower, sink, hair dryer, and toilet. All guests have access to the 2,000-square-meter garden, which features shaded relaxation areas and lounge chairs for unwinding.
