Incredible Location, Amenities, and Space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been staying in Breakwater House for 4 years now, but this was our first year in the Unit I Penthouse. We love the location and the beach access of Breakwater House, the easy and available parking for unit renters, but its walkable to a lot of the Lewes area. Unit I blew away our expectations. The Unit is bright, airy, a great size for a growing family of 5. The main level and roof decks give us plenty of space to enjoy outdoors at the beach, see the beautiful sunsets and the ferry come and go. We can also watch our older kids head to the beach on their own, and now that we're higher up, see them play, it was great to give them that sense of independence. The unit was clean, updated, well-stocked and had generous bedrooms and bathrooms. The elevator is a huge plus, and allowed us to invite a handicap family member to stay with us one night. It also made check-in and check-out a breeze. We cannot wait to come back in 2027!
