Each home has a boardwalk to the beach where you can walk, play, fish, build a sandcastle—or just do nothing. Common area amenities include a swimming pool (April to October) and hot tub; tennis, basketball, volleyball and bocce ball courts, and a driving cage. Located a few minutes from Moss Landing, Monterey Dunes is 18 miles north of Monterey and nine miles south of Watsonville. Three-bedroom/3-bath beachfront home with a bonus room with a Murphy bed. Tri-level, with approximately 2000 ft. of living space, it easily accommodates up to eight (3 King, 1 Double). Conveniently located in the center of the complex, with easy access to the common area facilities. NOTE: Main living room view window is fogged and will be undergoing replacement. The Monterey Dunes Colony is a gated enclave of beachfront vacation homes between Santa Cruz and Monterey. Located near the quaint harbor town of Moss Landing, these properties enjoy a mile of secluded beachfront and numerous outdoor amenities.
