Split level home with raised living room for better ocean views. 2 king suites on entry level and 1 king suite on upper living room level. Additional bonus spaces (loft and bunk room) are in not included in the bedroom count. Condo sleeps 7 (includes children & infants - no exceptions)

1) Second-floor king bedroom with vaulted ceilings and attached bath, peekaboo ocean views
2) Courtyard king bedroom with attached bath, large sliding glass doors open onto private garden courtyard
3) Oceanfront king master bedroom with sweeping views of ocean and dunes and large attached bath (walk-in double shower, double vanity), large desk & and sliding glass doors open to oceanfront deck and private hot tub
4) Bonus loft area and bunk room - allows for flexible sleeping arrangements beyond the three bedrooms, but not intended to enable hosting more than 7 people total.

- Spices, condiments, oils (no guarantees, but we use this kitchen too and don't want to be schlepping our salt/pepper with us each visit!)

Common Space: Living room with large, comfortable sectional couch, spacious oceanfront window-seat perfect for napping & whale-watching, fireplace (3 Duraflame logs provided), Samsung 50" 4K Ultra Smart flat screen smart TV (built in apps – esp. Netflix – connect via your credentials), Apple TV, DVD player (lots of available DVDs), Tivoli CD player / Bluetooth speaker / AM/FM radio, and numerous games, puzzles, and family activities. A digital TV antenna provides several basic channels - NO CABLE TV. HDMI cables provided for streaming (our solution to watching major sporting events if game isn't available via antennae.)

- Private oceanfront 4 person hot tub located on the lower deck. Professional spa maintenance crew services the spa every Tuesday and Friday.

- Not wheelchair accessible. There are multiple short flights of stairs throughout the house. All stairs have handrails, but please be aware if booking for small children or elderly.
