Located on the top floor of an early-1900s building (one flight of stairs, no elevator), the apartment benefits from abundant natural light and sweeping views across Parisian rooftops, extending all the way to the Eiffel Tower.

From the moment you step inside, the brightness and open outlook create an immediate sense of calm and comfort — a rare feeling of countryside serenity in the heart of Paris, further enhanced by views over the Jardin Louise Weber just below the windows.

The living and dining area features warm wooden floors, three large windows, and carefully curated décor. The space is furnished with a comfortable convertible sofa bed and a dining table seating six guests. Artwork, books, furnishings, and a harmonious color palette contribute to a subtle and elegant atmosphere.

The open-plan kitchen flows naturally into the living space and is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.

The master bedroom, accessed from the living area, offers a comfortable double bed with direct views over Paris and the Eiffel Tower. It includes a spacious closet and a flat-screen TV positioned opposite the bed. This bedroom connects directly to both the bathroom and the second bedroom.

The second bedroom, en suite to the master bedroom, is fitted with two comfortable single beds that can easily be converted into a double. A window provides additional views over Paris and the garden below.

The bathroom, also en suite to the master bedroom, features a tiled shower, sink, mirror, and storage space.
The toilet is separate and located within the apartment.

The Champs-Élysées can be reached in approximately ten minutes by metro. The Eiffel Tower, Le Marais, Les Halles, and Saint-Germain-des-Prés are all accessible within 15 to 20 minutes from Abbesses station.
