This 5+bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Webster Wi. Enjoy beautiful sunrises on Big Sand Lake!! This stunning home built in 2023 on what was previously a beach at a campground. Inside, guests find a charming mix of sleeping options, including a king bed, three queen beds, a queen murphy bed, and two sofa beds. The basement has a kitchenette, shuffle board, TV, and workout room. This is where we find the teens after a long day in the sun. There is a screen porch off the dining room and a large deck that is the length of the entire home facing the lake. As you head down to the lake on a poured walkway you pass the expansive fire pit and arbor. Kids are able to play in the sandy clear water the entire summer without fear of algae or stepping on rocks. 2 adult, 1 teen paddle board, 2 kayaks and floating lily pad are included. Big Sand Lake is known for its fishing and we have fish boils for my own family reunion (24 people) every year. Fishing off the dock is quite popular for some large mouth bass and pan fish.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please respect my home and neighbors. Quiet time outside is strictly between 10:30 pm - 9:00 am. I will take all complaints serious and the remainder of time at the house may be forfeited.
Please make sure all doors and open then closed. I love animals but I'd like to keep them outside. If doors aren't closed I get an alert through my security system. Thank you in advance!
Please put everything back where it was found. I'd really appreciate this one. I know things don't always get back to their spot but if you could try to be conscious of this I'd be grateful.

I’m just a small town girl from WI living in the Twin Cities after graduating from the U of MN. This is our 2nd family lake home in northern Wisconsin and I’ve taken everything I’ve loved about all the homes we’ve owned and built this on the perfect lot and the perfect lake.

What makes this property unique
Our beautiful lake home is situated on 2.2 acres and a private road shared with 3 neighbors. It was built on what was previously a campground beach which has 125 ft of year round clear water and walk out sandy shores for 30+ ft. The morning sunrises are amazing and the expansive decks and optional sleeping spaces are great for small, medium and large groups.
