Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and one block from 4th Street Live!, the premier downtown entertainment facility. You'll be 4 blocks from the KFC YUM! Center as well as the Great Lawn overlooking the Ohio River, 2 blocks from the Kentucky International Convention Center, and less than 10 minutes from Churchill Downs! Free parking in a secured parking garage (entrance height is 6'1")!

I do love to party but this is a boutique loft with 17 condo owners, most of which are the quiet type.
The neighbors are family and do look out for each other. There is a building noise ordinance of 10 P.M. on weekdays and 11 P.M. on weekends.
