Welcome to 3 Pines, a peaceful forest retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac where mid-century modern design meets the tranquility of the surrounding forest. This fully remodeled 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home offers a cozy yet elevated escape that is perfect for a small family, a couple's getaway, or a relaxing weekend with friends. The open concept layout makes it the perfect space to gather and the vaulted ceilings with giant windows allow you to take in the natural light and the beautiful forest views from every angle.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether you are fueling up for a day of adventure or enjoying a slow relaxing evening. Just off the kitchen is a spacious deck that has a brand new grill and seating to enjoy your morning coffee or meals surrounded by trees.

The best part of the property is the location with adventure practically right outside your door. You are just minutes away by bike or foot to some of the incredible Back 40 trails and only a five minute drive to the brand new Oz Bike park being built in Bella Vista that includes a bike gondola and is estimated to be done in the summer of 2026.

When you are ready to explore beyond the woods, downtown Bentonville is only a 12 minute drive away offering great dining, shops, the Compton Gardens, the Crystal Bridges Museum, and so much more. We were enamored with 3 Pines. The location was nestled in the woods but still close to the main highway so we could get everywhere quickly. The space was thoughtfully decorated and every detail was taken care of. We’ll gladly visit again!

This is a beautiful little home on a very quiet street. This house is decorated very nicely and is so clean and comfortable. They have thought of everything that you might need. The host was super friendly and communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years, but this was easily the best experience we’ve had. The property was immaculate and beautiful, just as it appears in the listing. Alysha has the gift of hospitality! Every detail had been thought of. We lacked nothing. Communication was clear, thoughtful, and proactive. The property itself was so peaceful and quiet. We walked to the local trails, enjoyed coffee on the back deck, watched the birds, squirrels, and deer, and cooked every meal there. I can’t recommend this property enough! What a restful retreat!

This house is absolutely charming. Exactly as described in pictured but better... Spent a girls weekend retreat here and could not have been more perfect. We even have a mobile IV company (I IV Hydration & Wellness) come out and treat us to amazing liquid iv's. Will be doing it again. This house is a must, whether it's for a girls weekend, couples weekend, or just a very relaxing getaway to listen to the birds and smell the outdoors.

I started my professional career as an elementary teacher and my teaching has evolved over the years into teaching yoga and all things wellness. My husband and I have been married for twenty years. We met in CO and have three amazing teenagers. Life is a little crazy and definitely loud, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

We started running our first short term rental in April of 2025 and although we are new to hosting, we absolutely love curating cozy spaces for our guests.

We chose this home because it is nestled in the trees at the end of quiet cul-de-sac. It truly feels like a peaceful getaway.

What makes this property unique

It has a totally private view of the forest with giant glass windows. We also love the fact that it is so close to trails, Bentonville and even Allen’s Market when we need to hit the store.
