Your Gulf Shores adventure begins at Pelican Point, our charming 2-bedroom townhome in a low density complex. No elevators or high rises here! Enjoy beach views from every window in our unit.

INSIDE
Walk up 1 flight of stairs to the first floor which includes:
–Front closet with extra kitchen items.
–Living room with sofa sleeper and private balcony that overlooks the beach, pool, & courtyard, TV with DirecTV & DVD player.
–Dining room that seats 6.
–Washer and dryer.
–Fully stocked kitchen w/refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
–1/2 bathroom.

Upstairs you will find:
–Primary bedroom with queen bed, Pack-N-Play in the closet, private balcony overlooking the beach, pool, & courtyard, private bathroom with shower and tub, and TV with DirecTV.
–Second bedroom with beach view, queen bed, en suite with shower and tub, and TV.

Under the unit:
–Free covered parking for two vehicles
–Private charcoal grill
–Beach chairs
–Box with sand toys

Gulfside Townhomes is a 40 unit low-density complex just steps from the sugar-white sandy beach. It's within walking distance to Bahama Bob's and The Hangout as well as many other restaurants and shops.

There is a beautiful grass courtyard in the middle of the U-shaped complex for kids to run around and enjoy along with a large pool. You will have no one above or below you and can enjoy the 250 feet of private beach with no high rises on either side of the complex. No waiting for an elevator, sharing halls or balconies, or long walk from the parking lot. Gulfside Townhomes is like having a private beach house AND the pool!

Our family has been enjoying the white-sand beaches and clear-blue water of Gulf Shores for years. It has been our favorite place to relax, enjoy fresh seafood, make memories, & experience new activities. We are thrilled to welcome you to unit 35! Gulfside Townhomes is like having a private house on the beach WITH a pool! There are no elevators in the unit, no shared hallways or balconies, and no long walk from a parking lot. You have everything you need and are steps from the white-sand beach without having to cross a street. We have one of the largest beach side pools and the only grass courtyard in Gulf Shores for your family to enjoy.
