The property description clearly states that the apartment has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Only the Vrbo overview lists the sofa bed as a third bedroom, and unfortunately I have no control over how Vrbo displays this information. The detailed property description is accurate, and both the photos and the floor plan clearly show the available sleeping arrangements. I also cannot understand your comment regarding the dining area. The apartment has a spacious dining area with a large dining table. The photos and the floor plan clearly show that it is located in a separate dining area adjacent to the kitchen, not inside the kitchen itself. Regarding the unpleasant odors you mentioned, I was unable to detect any such smells either before or after your stay. I also carefully inspected the washing machine again and would like to emphasize that there is no black mold on it. The video you sent afterwards simply shows a few lint residues being removed from the rubber door seal. In addition, the washing machine is not part of the standard amenities provided with the holiday apartment. Nevertheless, I made it available for your use. At the beginning of your stay, after one week, and again two days before your departure, I asked whether everything was satisfactory. On each occasion, I was told that everything was fine. During your stay, you also never contacted me regarding any of the issues you have now described, such as the noise. Had you informed me at the time, I would certainly have tried to find a solution together with you. It is unfortunate that you rated the apartment so poorly overall, even though you yourself highlighted the cleanliness, the facilities, and especially the well-equipped kitchen as positive aspects.
