The two additional bedrooms have queen size beds, one of which has storage underneath.

Each room is equipped with a Smart TV to stream your preferred service.

The back yard and master bedroom have beautiful sunrises.

The home is close to Luke AF Base which provides the awe of fighter jets overhead weekdays.

Two-car garage is for your use

Security cameras face the driveway and side yard to the private gate along with a video doorbell. All have video and audio capabilities.

Beautiful Home with Private Pool in Surprise, ArizonaWe enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing stay in this beautiful home located in a quite, well-maintained neighborhood. Conveniently situated near loop 101, Route 303, and Grand Avenue, you'll have easy access to all that the West Valley has to offer.The spacious primary suite features a luxurious king-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with both a soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms offer comfortable beds. Every room is equipped with a TV and ceiling fan for added comfort. Extra portable fans are also provided to help keep you cool during Arizona's warmer months. Step outside and enjoy your own private backyard oasis, complete with a sparkling pool, beautiful landscaping and comfortable outdoor furniture- perfect for relaxing, swim, or enjoying a barbecue with family and friends. We especially appreciated the pool handrail for easy and safe access to get in and out of pool.Restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers are conveniently located within 2-3 miles of home, making it easy to enjoy everything you need during your stay.Home has all supplies you would need for a relaxing getaway. Owners were easy to communicate with and our check in and out process was very smooth.Can't wait to stay at this Arizona gem again.
