This modern and luxuriously furnished holiday rental (3 rooms/65 square metres) features a living room with a dining table, a seating area (sofa bed + ottoman) and a coffee table, as well as two separate bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed 2 x 2 m & 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, each 1 x 2 m). A cot and high chair are available free of charge. The living room features a fully equipped kitchenette, including a dishwasher, microwave with grill, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric range with ceramic cooktop (4 burners) and oven, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Cable TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system (radio + CD player) are available in the living room.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, toilet, and a large sink. All rooms (including the bathroom) have underfloor heating, and the floors are fully tiled. The spacious sun terrace with a beach chair on the approximately 180-square-meter property offers an idyllic view of the marina. A parking space is available in the immediate vicinity. It is available from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival and is marked with the number 11. The popular Veermaster restaurant is located directly across the street. We highly recommend Ehmke’s fish stand and fish market right at the harbour. The beautiful sandy beach and the coastal forest are approximately 2,000 metres away. You are welcome to bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them on-site for €20 per person as a linen package. Please let us know when booking whether you will need bed linens and towels.

This maritime-themed and luxuriously furnished holiday apartment (3 rooms / 65 square metres) is located in a quiet area of the first phase of the Hafenidyll holiday apartment complex, completed in July 2003, right on the marina in Karlshagen. A living room with a dining table, sleeper sofa, and coffee table, as well as a separate bedroom (with a box-spring bed 1.60 m wide) and a children’s room (with a loft bed—lower sleeping surface 1.40 m; upper sleeping surface 90 cm wide) provide ideal accommodation for 4 people. Up to 2 additional people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. A fold-out cot and high chair are available at no extra charge. The living room features a fully equipped kitchenette, including a dishwasher, a microwave with grill and convection functions, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. Cable TV is available in the living room.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, toilet, a large sink, and floor heating. The floors are fully tiled in all rooms.
