Extended Vacation

We stayed at this condo for 9 days and wish we could've stayed longer. The condo was so much bigger in person than we expected, everyone had their own space and private bathroom which was a huge plus, and it was very clean. Loved the gated resort and quick walk to the beach

Great place to stay!

With a family of 8, this condo was perfect for us! We each had our own space and never felt crowded at all. The gated facility was top notch and the grounds were beautifully kept. It was only a quick 2 minute walk along the sidewalk to get to the pool and beach access entrance. I will definitely be staying there again!

Coffee Family Vacay 2026

I want to start by saying, the guy running this operation is top notch! I had a late night question before I even booked the place...and he was so quick to respond! Even gave me recommendations on where to rent beach chairs for the week. The place was ready when we got there...maybe an hour earlier than it was even supposed to be. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out! Bathrooms in every bedroom is a must anywhere I'm staying..so that was perfect too! One minute stroll to the beach. It was perfect! 10/10 would stay here again and I will recommend to all of my people!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We really enjoyed the Sugar Beach community. You can tell there are a lot of regulars and owners. The property is kept very well, the pool area is always clean with plenty of seats and tables. An air-conditioned clubhouse is next to the pool with a ping-pong table and some vending machines. There are four shower stations outside of the beach access, and a shoe cubby you can leave your shoes in. Our condo is very nice. Nice furnishings and accents. Both bathrooms upstairs have skylights that provide very nice natural light and elevate the spaces. The master bedroom is huge and the other bedroom upstairs is a good size with a huge closet. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are smaller and a smidge less fancy. The light in the bathroom was not super bright so it felt a little dark. The balconies overlook the community pond, which is fun because of all the different birds and turtles that live there. The ice machine in the fridge is actually huge and makes ice very regularly so we didn't need to go out for ice much. There is a regular coffee machine and a single cup k-cup machine. My only feedback is that the dishwasher didn't always get everything clean. There were some cups and silverware in cabinets when we got there that were noticeably dirty, and it continued to happen with dishes we ran through. Also the mattress on the pullout has some staining that's a little off-putting so I might suggest a mattress cover. Would stay again!

Perfect for our group

This condo was huge and slept our group of 7 easily! Everyone had their own space and bathroom and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The walk to the beach is not bad at all and you don't have to wait for any elevators which was amazing. It was super clean and the host was very kind. Would love to stay again!
