We are a family from Iceland and we have been comming to Cabo Roig ( our neighbourhood ) since 2011 and we love it. The house is in great location, near beaches, golf courses, The biggest Mall.

In a walking distance ( 2 min ) you have grocery shop, gas station, China market, GYM, Many good restaurants and bars.

Why they chose this property

We had stayed in this neighborhood, every year for one month ( Lomas de Cabo Roig ) from 2011 to 2017 when we decited to buy our own property as we loved staying in this neighborhood so much. We hope you will love it too :-)

Our Villa is Modern and we strive to keep our house clean at all times and all furnitures in very good shape and select the best quality equipments and furnitures for our guests.
