The 4-room maisonette, the Papillon 12-5 holiday rental, is a comfortably furnished apartment with a living area of 65 square metres. It can accommodate up to 8 people. We recommend a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. The spacious living/dining area is furnished with a sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa with two additional sleeping spots, as well as other seating options and a large dining table. A TV, DVD player, stereo system, and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. The living area opens onto a south-facing balcony furnished seasonally. The kitchen features a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table. There is also a separate bedroom on this floor with two single beds and a closet. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks and a toilet. A staircase in the living area leads to the upper level, which features two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a closet. For a fee, you can use the washing machine and dryer in the basement of the house. A high chair is provided in the apartment. You can park your car for free in the apartment’s private outdoor parking space. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are welcome. The Baltic Sea is only about 250 metres away.
