Vieillot, vétuste et sombre

L’ensemble est assez vieillot, la literie était horrible, on sentait chaque ressort. Nous nous sommes rabattus sur le canapé lit dans le salon. La plaque au gaz n’était pas utilisable car la pression du gaz était ridicule. Heureusement qu’il y avait une plaque électrique. Bref trop cher pour ce que c’est.

Bonjour Evelyne, Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que certains aspects de votre séjour vous ont déçu. La literie n’a jamais été signalée comme problématique auparavant, mais nous nous excusons si elle ne vous a pas convenu. En ce qui concerne la plaque de cuisson au gaz, si le gardien en avait été informé, le problème aurait été résolu immédiatement, conformément à notre manière de gérer ce type de situation. Logement conforme à la description, globalement bien équipé et au cœur d'une région permettant de multiples randonnées, y compris sans prendre la voiture. Un seul point négatif : l'appartement est resté bien humide durant notre séjour (peut-être à cause de la météo orageuse).
