Very convenient location. It was very quiet there and a great location for our itinerary. I would mention that it’s on the second floor with no elevator. Not a problem for us but would be good to know.

To be honest I was ready to cry when I walked in. Cons pics are deceiving & not updated. Couch was worn out not much cushion left & you sank in the middle, plus it's not even the couch in the pics. The apartment is definitely run down and old so is the building. I knew from previous reviews there was no elevator & apt is on second floor but be prepared for the steep narrow stairs. Bathroom ceiling was falling apart absolutely no water pressure. Bathroom tile floor & shower was broken & needs to be replaced. Kitchen was sad & dirty, we didn't cook only used the fridge for drinks. No ironing board, I found the iron & messaged the owner but was told there isn't one available even though it states yes in the description. Absolutely no view from any window.The back of the apartment faced a parking structure & the neighbors window from the bedroom. Apartment was not comfortable only 1 worn out couch 1 club chair, a small uncomfortable dinning room table. Pros about this place, the beds were comfortable, yes it is close to Times Square. The air conditioners worked good, there isn't one in the smaller twin beds room so we had to put a fan on. Overall I was trying to save money bc it was a shorter trip and first time with my kids so I took the chance and booked. This isn't my first time in New York. Would I stay here again NO, lesson learned I will pay extra money to stay in a hotel or high-rise apt with a view & more comfort. This apt is sad and needs ALOT of work. For 600 @ night.

The apartment was clean but needs maintenance. The shower ceiling is collapsing and there is no exhaust fan. Doves are living in the ac unit. The bedroom curtain is sheer. The hallway to the apartment is filthy and seems of pot. It is close the the subway and walking to restaurant row and time square.
