On the shores of Lake Sellin, nestled in a wonderfully peaceful and natural setting, the “Haus am Deich” holiday home awaits you, featuring two holiday apartments, each accessed through separate entrances that are completely independent of one another. The property is sheltered by its greenery and offers a private parking space (free of charge) for your use. The holiday apartments can be booked individually or together. An information folder prepared just for you will help you get your holiday off to a pleasant and enjoyable start. The “Haus am Deich” holiday home is a smoke-free property, though it does offer a cosy terrace for smoking breaks.



The approximately 70-square-meter non-smoking apartment spans the entire lower level of the house and features its own sunny terrace, which is also accessible from the living-dining area. The private lawn also invites you to relax and unwind.


The terrace is equipped with a parasol, a table and chairs, and a grill (provided). Here, you can unwind or comfortably round off your day with a glass of wine.


The entire floor area features modern tiles with a light wood finish and underfloor heating, enhancing the homely atmosphere. The holiday rental has two bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, and a bathroom with a walk-in/accessible shower and a hair dryer.


In the small play area, children become heroes battling dinosaurs and drivers of their own vehicles. Curtains and roller shades on all windows round out the cosy living atmosphere in your temporary home.

A high chair and a cot can be reserved for a fee (€5.00 each).

You’ll be welcomed into the spacious, bright entryway, which features a coat rack and a small bench that can serve as a place to sit. From there, you can access the bedrooms, the living and dining area, and the bathroom. The living and dining area of the holiday rental features a fireplace (firewood included/free of charge), a cosy seating area, and a dining table for 6 people—inviting you to linger. The TV with a DVD player, radio, Wi-Fi (free), as well as books and games, ensure exclusive comfort and cosy evenings.


You’ll also find a very well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and various kitchen utensils.


In the first bedroom, you’ll find a double bed with adjustable slatted frames (1 x 1.80 m x 2.00 m and 1 x 1.80 m x 2.00 m), bedside tables, a very large wardrobe, and a chair that serves as a place to lay out your clothes. A cot fits comfortably in this room. The cosy and comfortable blackout curtains protect you from the morning light, and the fly screen keeps insects out.


The second bedroom, located next to the first bedroom, is particularly inviting thanks to two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m), a set of nightstands, a wardrobe, and a chair that can hold your clothes. Here, blackout curtains block out the early morning sun, and the fly screen keeps insects out.


The walk-in, barrier-free shower and the hair dryer define the character of the bathroom. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 bath towel, 2 small hand towels, a one-time tea towel, and a shower mat) for an additional fee.
