Thoughtfully decorated in a colorful coastal style, this home sets the scene for relaxation and quality time with family and friends.

Inside, the open-concept living area connects a fully equipped chef's kitchen with a bright, inviting lounge, making it easy to cook, gather, and unwind together. Nearly every room frames the shoreline, so the beach is never out of sight.

The spacious Gulf-front primary suite offers beautiful water views and direct access to the sundeck. Wake to the sound of waves, step outside to morning light over the water, and enjoy the comfort and privacy of an ensuite bath.

Outside, you'll love the brand-new sundeck (added Summer 2025)—perfect for soaking up the sunshine, enjoying al fresco meals, or taking in the breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf. With direct beach access, slipping out for a swim, shelling, or a sunset stroll couldn't be easier.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out time is 10 am EST. Upon check-out, please wash dishes and place trash in outside receptacle. Laundry should be for current day only and property should be left in an orderly condition.
Excessive laundry or cleaning time will be charged to credit card on file. Leave loose keys on the kitchen counter, lock all windows and doors and lock the door you are exiting with the lockbox key.
Please return the lockbox key to the lockbox before departing. Once you have locked the house, please call (850) 349-2696 and leave a voicemail to let us know that you are vacating the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a good time staying in this home! Stocked with all the kitchenware you would need and pleanty of linens. Excellent ocean views, and extremely peaceful! The water was low which made it so walkable. There were people probably a good 1/4 mile out and it was only at their knees. Bald point park right down the road was fabulous. We drove there a couple day during our stay and hardly saw a sole. We would definitely recommend driving up to Wakulla Spring, it was so neat and relaxing. However, the home does need a some TLC and has been well loved, the beach is so rocky that you definitely need water shoes and make sure to bring bug spray. If you want seclusion and peacefulness this is definitely the home for you! There are homes next to you but rarely saw anyone.

Amazing property! Right on the water with beautiful views! Stocked home which made it comfortable. I wish I would have known that that beach is full of rocks and pottery in the water and pricklys on the sand. If you come here you absolutely need water shoes bc our feet got tore up from the sharp objects in the water and the prickilies on the sand. But the house and being right on the ocean was amazing!
