Great local fishing available for trout, flounder, redfish, and spanish mackerel. Fish offshore for grouper, amberjack, cobia and snapper. Bald Point State Park is a located just around the corner. Golf at Wildwood, or St. James Bay, just 15 minutes away.

Game room has a pool table that is connected to the kitchen and very spacious. Comfortably sleeps 4 people.

Loved, loved, loved this place. It was the most inviting rental we have ever walked into. The place was clean, the lights were on, the AC was on, we felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The view from the large bayside deck was incredible. My wife and I are "bird nerds" - we saw 27 different species of birds sitting with a drink in our hand on this deck. Over 100 species exploring the areas during our week's stay. For the money, it is ABSOLUTELY the best deal in the Alligator Point area. Plenty of places in this area to eat too, but I have to put in a plug for Tropical Trader. It is just ten minutes away and the best shrimp tacos on the Forgotten Coast! We ate there five of the seven days we were here. Highly recommend this property and this host. Thank you Adam!

A clean and well equipped home. Great waterfront view. We were greeted by lady host, we were told owner was right next door, feel free to stop by with questions, or issues. When Wifi didn't connect, I walked over to get suggestions on getting a connection, and was chewed out for disturbing him????

Very clean and comfortable. Every thing supplied for a nice relaxing stay. Wonderful view of the back bay and marshes. Not really a negative but the side fences only go to the water on one side in the back of property. Front yard is nicely fenced so no worries with the pet there.

We had an excellent trip and absolutely loved the house. It was clean, well equipped and the king size bed was super comfy. It was everything we wanted in a vacation home. We enjoyed many an evening on the deck with a cocktail watching the sunset. We brought our two small dogs and having a fenced in front yard was great. It was chain link and really secure. Everything was great about the trip except check in was a little rough. we drove over night from ohio with the dogs. Check in was at 5pm. at about 4pm we received a message that they would try and have the space ready between 5 and 6. we arrived at 5:20. They appologized, said they'd been painting, installing new medicine cabinets and other projects and they were wrapping up. We agreed to go get dinner and be back in an hour. We returned at 620 and still waited around another 40 minutes to wrap up. They did end up removing the 50 pet fee but we were not happy campers given the 2 hour delay for check in. Everything else was fantastic and I would highly recommend. Hopefully our frustrating check in was a one time occurance.

This was our 4th stay at Fritz. The house and location are perfect for us. Close to nothing, but not far from everything! The fenced yard is just what we need for our pup and the peaceful views and atmosphere are just what we need for us. As always, Adam was most accommodating, addressing any need we had. We loved the comfort of the house. It has everything you need for a great vacation. Just the right amount of amenities but not overwhelming. The area has much to offer.
