Great home with plenty of room for three families. The pool was great for cooling off after the beach. Two living spaces were great for adults and kids. All furniture and decorating seemed brand new and high quality.

The house itself has a great layout and location, but we experienced numerous maintenance issues during our stay. The biggest issue was that the main kitchen refrigerator was unusable for most of the week. The freezer failed and caused us to lose frozen food, and the host never sent anyone to address the refrigerator, leaving us without a main-floor fridge for 4 days of our 7-night stay. We had to use the garage refrigerator two floors below, which was extremely inconvenient for a home at this price point.One upstairs bedroom had significant cooling and humidity issues, making it difficult to use and causing belongings to become damp. We were also locked out on our first night because the provided entry code did not work, leaving our group, including two babies and three other children, outside in the heat while we tried to get help. One oven was inoperable, the grass was over a foot tall, and pool tiles were falling off.While the host communicated with us, they repeatedly said they would look into issues but did not provide meaningful assistance or resolve most problems during our stay. Individually, some issues may be minor, but collectively they significantly impacted our experience. At nearly 12,000 for one week, we expected a much better-maintained property and a level of service consistent with a luxury rental.

We were very disappointed with our experience. Unfortunately, a major water leak occurred that affected all three floors of the home. While maintenance initially responded, they opened portions of the ceilings and walls, left buckets throughout the house, and shut off the water to the master bathroom. As a result, four beds became unusable, the master bathroom could not be used, and the kitchen refrigerator would not cool properly.What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and follow-up. After reporting these issues and asking when someone would return to clean up the mess and restore the home, we received little to no response. Instead, the only communication before checkout was a standard message reminding us to run the dishwasher and lock the doors, with no acknowledgment of the significant problems we experienced.To make matters worse, we had to purchase our own cleaning supplies and spend part of our vacation cleaning up after the maintenance work. The conditions ultimately forced us to change our vacation plans and incur additional expenses by staying at a nearby hotel.We understand that emergencies can happen, and we would have been far more understanding had there been honest communication and a sincere effort to make things right. Unfortunately, neither occurred. The property has potential, but based on our experience and the way these issues were handled, we cannot recommend staying here.

Had a fantastic stay with family, a little baby and grandparents. Host was very communicative and flexible, helping us get into the home in time for the baby to take a nap. Ocean views were incredible from the living room. AC was great across all levels. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to stay again. Also super short walk to the beach!
