This home truly has it all! Enjoy a spacious layout featuring a large eat-in kitchen, living room, and a cozy sitting area that opens directly to the saltwater pool perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The main level also includes a convenient half bath.
Upstairs, you ll find a primary bedroom with en-suite bath, two additional guest bedrooms, and a full bath. The third level offers a versatile bedroom/den, ideal for extra sleeping space or a second living area.
Located less than 5 miles from the sand at Lewes Beach and under 1.5 miles to lively 2nd Street downtown Lewes main drag for dining, shopping, and fun.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week s stay is $213.00.

The house was great. It was clean and we had plenty of room to entertain.

When we first arrived we noticed broken lights and broken chairs outside. The one light was hanging from the electrical cords. The next morning, the downstairs toilet wouldn’t stop running. There was a sticky note that said to move it upright after flushing, which we did, and it still didn’t work. The handyman came out and replaced the broken the lights and disposed of the broken chairs. We also noticed a very strong propane smell outside and informed the handyman. In the end, there was a propane leak in the firepit which we planned on using that night. The gas company needed to come as well as another company to take care of the issue. Thankfully, we didn’t turn on the firepit as it could’ve been catastrophic. We also had issues with the air conditioning in the house. It must be on a timer and would go up to 80 during the day. We needed to turn it down multiple times a day. I have not heard back from the owners regarding a request for any refund due to all the major safety issues we had. The pool was not cleaned. We were outside Monday and a man showed up unannounced for the pool. It seemed as though they had not prepared for our stay whatsoever.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry that your vacation was interrupted by several maintenance concerns. We understand how frustrating it is to spend part of your stay dealing with these issues instead of relaxing, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention so they could be addressed promptly. The exterior garage lights had been on backorder prior to your arrival and were replaced as soon as the parts arrived. Additional exterior lighting remained available in the meantime, and the damaged chair was removed promptly. The downstairs toilet was inspected during your stay and has since been fully repaired. While it had been functioning upon your arrival and had not been previously reported, we understand it was an inconvenience. We are especially grateful you reported the propane odor immediately. The gas company and an emergency service provider responded the same day, identified a leak at the fire pit, and immediately capped it. The fire pit will remain out of service until it can be safely repaired or replaced. The Nest thermostat was inspected and found to be operating properly. The pool is professionally serviced weekly, and we apologize that a scheduled service occurred during your stay. We understand these combined issues impacted your experience. In recognition of the inconvenience, the owners refunded one night's stay. We appreciate your patience and hope you were still able to enjoy quality time with your family.
