The space
Please take garbage to curb on Wednesday evenings. Bring garbage bins back in after they've been emptied.

Please report any damage or issues promptly.

Please care for the home with the utmost respect. Nothing but toilet paper in the toilets. Sensitive septics.
Towels & Linens are for indoor use only.
No candles or fireworks or open flames.
Guests assume responsibility for their safety during their stay. Host is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
Use of canal & dock is at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No swimming, diving or jumping from the dock.
Fishing is permitted from dock and guests must follow all Florida fishing regulations. No cleaning the fish on dock or property.
Guest boats must be approved in advance and fit dock safely.
Do not tie boats to seawalls, railings, or pilings not intended for mooring. No fueling, oil changes or mechanical work on the property. Secure all watercraft properly.
Dock use for registered guests only.
Respect all neighboring docks and boats at all times.
The dock and canal are natural waterfront features. Guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their use.

The home was lovely! It was beautifully renovated, clean, comfortable and exactly what we were expecting from the listing. The location was quiet and we loved our canal view. We had an easy drive to the grocery store and lots of restaurants. To make it even better the host was super kind and very responsive to messages. If we are in the area in the future we will stay here again.

I was fortunate enough to take my kids on a yearly vacation to Michigan where we rented homes and created so many wonderful family memories. Through those experiences, I developed a deep appreciation for the homeowners who opened their doors to us and made those stays so special.

I always treated those homes like my own, caring for them with respect, and often found myself thinking how meaningful it would be to provide that same experience for other families someday. Life has been good enough to allow me to do just that.

It's truly a pleasure to offer a comfortable, welcoming space where guests can relax, feel at home and create lasting memories of their own -- a true home away from home.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of peaceful relaxation and convenient access to everything Port Charlotte & Punta Gorda have to offer. It's also in close proximity to many gorgeous Gulf beaches and other major city attractions.

It's a friendly, quiet community where you can truly unwind, yet you're just minutes from beautiful beaches, great dining, shopping and local attractions.

What I love most is the laid-back coastal feel combined with the sense of community -- it's the kind of place where morning walks are enjoyable, evenings are calm, and days can be as active or relaxed as you'd like. Whether you're here to soak up the sun, explore the area, or simply recharge, this neighborhood provides a comfortable and welcoming setting for your stay.

What makes this property unique

Sunrise Serenity is tucked back in a quiet Floridian neighborhood on a peaceful canal that leads right out to the Caloosahatchee River with a downtown Ft. Myers view. This leads right out to the Gulf and aqua waters. The home is new and has all the modern features with beautiful decor. Enjoy sunny days on the furnished lanai overlooking the canal or those peaceful nights with the sounds of nature. I love this home. I'm proud to host you and provide a home away from home.
