There is also a 6 person premium hot tub spa for your enjoyment!

Inside the house, panoramic views of the tranquil lake are the centerpiece of the living space, providing an open and bright atmosphere.

You will have access to everything except the boathouse and the basement

Those looking to host an event or enjoy a day out can visit McFall's Landing, which is conveniently located less than a quarter-mile drive away, where guests can launch their boat or schedule an event. My wife and I and our three kids have lived in Anderson since 2016 and love how close it is to great schools and fun experiences. We both have been in the service industry for years and really are looking forward to making sure you have everything you need for your stay!

Why they chose this property

Our kids have grown up swimming and boating in Lake Broadway, their grandparents live on the lake and so when this cozy property became available we wanted to give other people the chance to experience it. It isn't one of those huge lakes with thousands of people on it, everyone knows one another for the most part and even on the most beautiful days it isn't crowded at all.

What makes this property unique

We love sitting on the top deck in the morning drinking coffee and watching the sun come up and then getting out on the water in a kayak or just jump in for a swim/float!

We are located 10 minutes from downtown Anderson, 35 minutes from Clemson, and 35 minutes from Greenville.

Early Check-in is available for an additional $35. This allows you to check in at least two hours early (depending on availability --1PM or earlier instead of 3PM). You can request once reservation is confirmed.

We offer the following experiences, which include setup and cleanup. You can request once reservation is confirmed. Note: these are not available if requested less than 3 days before stay.
